HI, I‘M DARNESHIA!

You can call me Nesh. I started doing hair while in high school at age 14 and fell in love with it so much so I enrolled in a technical school after high school and studied cosmetology. At age 21 I opened my beauty salon called Nu Do’s located in The Bahamas and I managed/operated my salon for 10 years. My clientele grew so much so I started making wigs for some of my clients to cut back on the long waits in the salon, the frequent visits but most of all the convenience. After introducing them to wigs they were in love! Some clients had a wig for every day of the week. Some had for every outfit. I enjoyed the transformation and the way clients felt when they looked in the mirror. After closing my salon 10 years later, during the pandemic, I relocated to the United States where I decided to go full time with my wig business because it allowed me to work at home and care for my daughter. I rebranded and changed the name of my business to The Wig Niche LLC. I found my ideal position in my career (My Niche) and My job is to make sure each customer exudes confidence when wearing a wig by The Wig Niche.
